Originally from Yorkshire, Alan has been practising in Ross-on-Wye since 2012. He treats patients from all backgrounds and with a range of foot health issues, many of whom have been with us since the start.
Alan gets a huge amount of satisfaction from the difference he can make to people's lives by fixing their feet. There's no better feeling than seeing someone arrive in discomfort and leave saying they could go dancing. What Alan most loves about his job though is talking to and caring for people. Before becoming a podiatrist he worked as a carer for many years, with elderly people and those with learning disabilities.
In his spare time, Alan is a fitness fanatic. You might spot him moonlighting as an instructor at a kettle bell class or taking part in a forest mud run. He live in Ross with his wife, son and dog Luther.
